TreeAsset is a GIS-supported software for Windows desktop PCs for the monetary assessment of tree populations. The core of the software is a powerful database that supports experts and clerks in complex tree value calculations or the determination of monetary damage.
TreeAsset
TreeAsset can be used as a module in the iSiMan 5 appraisal software for appraisers or as a lean stand-alone solution. Using the iSiDroid mobile software, data can be recorded in the field on Android smartphones or tablets and then processed in the desktop version.
TreeAsset is also available as a stand-alone solution with a WebGIS module, so that all processes can also be displayed and used in a geographical context. A query module with standard queries enables the evaluation of data. Data correlations can be visualized in a diagram module.
The calculation method used in TreeAsset is based on KOCH's modified asset value method, which is also being revised as an FLL guideline.
TreeAsset also enables the calculation of large tree populations through special copying and grouping functions.
As a result, the user receives a graphically clearly structured, comprehensible and easy-to-understand report which, as an appendix to a valuation report, enables the customer to follow all the mathematical steps step by step.
